Will my yard be perfect after you clean it?

We will do our very best to make your yard as clean as possible, consistent with the current condition of your lawn and grass height. The condition of the poop also has a factor in what we doo. Sometimes a less than solid pile will leave a residoo on the grass. That usually dries up quickly, or gets washed away by the rain or sprinklers within a day or so.

If the dog leaves some waste directy under, behind, or around low bushes or shrubs, we may sometimes miss it. The waste may not always be visible. We always doo our best.

If your pool deck, patio, or any other solid area that we clean has a stain or residoo left on it after we scoop, we do not hose it down or scrub the area. In S FL, the sun will quickly dry up and turn the residoo into dust. If we hose it off, there is a good chance that some of the water will run into your swimming pool, and we do not want to take any chances of any contaminated water entering your pool.

What if I want to skip a service day?

You will not be charged if you call us at the latest by 8:00 a.m. on the day of service to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days.

What happens when it rains?

We work in just about any weather conditions. We will not work in hurricane warnings, tropical storm warnings, lightning, or severe thunderstorms. We will try to make up the missed work that same week. If we cannot make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next visit.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?

No – We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.

*If we are unable to gain access to your gated community, your gate is locked, or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it will be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.
What about holidays?

We take time off to observe the following holidays:

Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and the entire week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. We try to work on all other holidays. However, if your gated community will not allow us in to work, we will clean your yard on your next scheduled cleaning.
Please Note: If you do go on vacation, please notify us in advance (at least one day prior to service day) so we can remove you from the route temporarily and accredit your account for those cleanings not needed.

Our vacation schedule:

We take off the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. We also take off one week during the off season, which will be chosen at random. We will notify everyone with at least a one-month notice when we will be taking either week off.
As for the missed dog waste during our time off, it is difficult to be able to credit your account due to the extra accumulation of waste left for us to clean up when we resume service. I know that this is no one’s fault. But it’s the only fair way to handle us missing the work, and coming back to 2 or 3 times the volume of work.

 

Residential Late Payment Policy

If you are on the auto credit card payment method:
You must notify us by email, text, or phone call, prior to the 1st of the month (when the cards are billed for service) if your card has been compromised or deactivated, and will not work to auto-pay your invoice for services. You must provide us by the 1st of the month, either a working credit card, or an estimate of the time frame that we can expect to receive a new working credit card. A new credit card can be texted to us, called in by phone, or you can request a new credit card authorization form to be sent to you.

If your card has been deactivated or compromised, and you cannot get a new card to us by the due date of the 1st of the month, or within the time frame that you give us while waiting for your new card, we accept payment in the forms at the bottom of this page.

If your Card is Declined on the 1st of the month for automatic payment, and we have not been notified by you that the card is no longer valid, we will attempt to run the charge again in a day or two. If we have to ask you for a new card because the card is declined a second time, and your payment is not paid by the 7th of the month, we will charge your account a $25 administration fee.

If you are not on the auto credit card plan:
Due date for service is the 1st of the month in which service is to be done. If your invoice is not paid by the 7th of the month, we will send out a reminder invoice. If payment is not received by the end of the next day, (the 8th), or you tell us when we can expect payment, service will be paused, and your yard will be taken off the route until we receive payment.

Unless discussed previously with us, if your invoice is not paid by the 8th of the month, and service has been paused, we will charge a $25 administration late fee. Service to your yard will resume once the past due amount plus administrative late fee has been paid.

If service to your yard has been paused, no credits will be issued for the missed cleanings, and your full monthly rate will be due. Or: your account will be credited the number of cleanings that were missed, and your account will be charged the first-time cleaning rate of $120.00 for the first-time cleaning when service is resumed, plus the number of cleanings remaining in that billing month. This option depends on which is the lower rate. Either way, the $25 administration fee will also be charged.
